Set in nearly 4 hectares of Norfolk parkland The South Pacific Resort Hotel has a long standing reputation for being the largest and most conveniently located hotel on Norfolk Island. The South Pacific Resort Hotel boasts 60 spacious rooms comprised of 37 Garden Rooms, 21 Superior Rooms and 2 Deluxe Rooms. This Norfolk Island resort is spacious and offers fantastic facilities such as on-site Metcalfes Restaurant, Bounty Bar and the largest swimming pool on Norfolk Island.

The South Pacific Resort Hotel features many ramps and walkways and caters well for guests with limited mobility. There is a regular scheduled courtesy shuttle to the local Burnt Pine Shopping Centre and complimentary airport transfers. In the evenings the Bounty Bar hosts happy hours and live entertainment providing the opportunity to soak up the atmosphere and meet your fellow travellers. During the day many experiences are just a 5 minute drive away, you can explore Norfolk Island's intriguing convict past in historic Kingston, take in a round of golf and tread the sands of beautiful Emily Bay.

Please be advised that South Pacific Resort Hotel is undergoing refubrishments to some of the resorts rooms over the next few months. This work will be done on a gradual and a block by block basis, to ensure minimal disruption. These are expected to be completed by July 2012.

Metcalfes Restaurant: In the true spirit of Norfolk Island, Metcalfes Restaurant serves scrumptious meals prepared daily with fresh local produce using traditional Island recipes. With a regularly changing menu that includes the famous Sunday Poolside Fish Fry, Carvery and an A la carte menu.

Bounty Bar: Enjoy cocktails poolside from the Bounty Bar. A great place to come down and meet your fellow travellers. Some of the best value for money lunches in Norfolk Island are available daily from the Bounty Bar. The South Pacific Resort Hotel provides regular entertainment with its own resident band entertaining at Happy Hours and popular themed nights.

Whalers Bar: Reserved only for special occasions, Whalers Bar connects to the main Bounty Bar making it the perfect venue for that special occasion, including weddings, anniversaries, special birthdays, large functions or conferences.

Getting There

With public transport limited on Norfolk Island, South Pacific Resort Hotel extends complimentary transfers to and from the Norfolk Island Airport. Prior notice of arrival and departure times is required at time of booking.
